About
Alex is an expert in Brazilian carnival music.
After graduating from City, University of London, Alex spent close to a decade as a percussionist, teacher and arranger as part of Rhythms of The City (ROTC).
After leaving ROTC in 2022, Alex established himself as a leading authority on the music of the Rio carnival.
